Change happens. Again and again, all around us. Yet, there are times when we want to lead change.
When do you know it is time to make change? And, how do you go about making change?
To create a smooth voyage on the path I share this simple formula. I call it my
"4 C's of Change":
- Clear Intentions
- Passionate Commitment
- Consistent Action
- Community Support
Often, before I commit to change I ask myself, "Is it time to start, stop or change a thought, behavior or action?" If the answer is "change", I move onto the path of the 4 C's.
Clear Intention - Clarity is the first step on the path to attract what you need from the universe. Expressing the thought in one, concise phrase focuses thoughts and energy.
Passionate Commitment - Change is easier to affect when you really want it. Blending passion and commitment helps you stay the path and energizes your efforts.
Consistent Action - Staying the path, and taking a small step each day takes you further down the road.
Community Support - Yes, it takes a village. A support system is an asset from the first step on the path to change. Start by telling someone you wish to make change, and ask them support you and hold you accountable along the way.
This simple formula is your guide for a smooth journey along the path of change.
Do stop back to let me know about your journey, and any questions or suggestions to smooth the way. We would love to hear how you are making change in your life, in the world. The comment section is an easy place to share in our community.
Wishing you smooth and powerful change.

Coach Helene, Yes, we are in continuous change. That's part of our power and beauty. And, you make a good point, i.e., that so much of our journey is unexpected. Taking that 1 step at a time allows us to navigate (love this word and concept) gently, as we go. Often, this allows me to be surprised versus overwhelmed. Thank you for being part of my C=community, sister. XO
